GENERAL
By commissioning me, you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age
I do not allow any of my art to be used in any NFT or AI learning
PAYMENTS
I will ask for 50% payment after sketch was agreed and 50% after finish, payments are non-refundable after the sketch is approved
REVISIONS
In general, I am generous with revisions as long as it is reasonable.
I may charge fees if it is too complicated in my view
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I do accept rush commissions with an additional 25% fee from the normal price.
However, I reserve the right to decide whether I can take a rush request or not.
I generally work with an estimated turnaround time of 2–3 weeks, depending on the current queue.

USE
Please carefully read the following terms regarding artwork usage before commissioning:
Personal Use
For non-commercial purposes only, such as profile pictures, icons, banners, wallpapers, or personal collections.
This use does not involve any form of monetization.
Privacy Fee
If you wish the artwork to NOT be posted anywhere by the artist (including social media and portfolio):
+100% of the base price.
Monetized Content Use
For usage in monetized content, including but not limited to:
Livestreams
YouTube videos
Monetized social media posts
Additional fee: +50% of the base price.
Commercial and Merchandising Use
For commercial purposes, including:
Merchandise (prints, stickers, keychains, etc.)
Promotional materials
Any product intended for sale
Additional fee: +50% of the base price.
REFUNDS
No refunds unless I cancel the commission on my side.
